CONDITIONS 

We accept bookings for a minimum of 2 nights.

The price per night is Euro 115.

The final cleaning fee is Euro 50. The local tax has to be added. We provide a linen set per person for an amount of Euro 10. This includes bed linen, 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel, tea towels and a floor rug for the bathroom.

Booking requests will be answered immediately by sending you the booking documents. We kindly ask you to pay the booking price within one week of receiving the booking documents. Your request will be considered as a reservation for this period. After receipt of the booking amount, the booking will be permanently entered in the booking calendar .

For cancellations within the period of 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee will be charged. For cancellations within the last 2 weeks before arrival, the full booking fee will be retained as a cancellation fee. If, after your cancellation, we nevertheless succeed in making a booking in our house, the cancellation fee will be waived and a processing fee of 75 euros will be charged.

You can generally move into our house from 15:00 and leave by 10:00 at the latest. We ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets in our house!

In the bottom line of the booking calendar you can always change to the previous year or the next year. If, for example, the years 2021 and 2023 are displayed in the bottom line, then you are currently in 2022.
