DETAILS

The ground floor (approx. 70 m2) and one room of the first floor (approx. 10 m2) of our house as well as the complete garden are at your disposal for your stay.

You reach the ground floor via the northern entrance from the garden through a small anteroom and a few steps. A hallway leads you to the individual rooms - a bedroom (rose room), a living room, a kitchen, pantry, bathroom and toilet.

On the first floor - accessible via a staircase - we have arranged a second bedroom (chestnut room) for you.
In each of the two bedrooms a box spring bed offers comfort for 2 persons. Boxes provide you with sufficient storage space.
In the living room there is a table with 6 chairs and a seating area.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and a bath that can alternatively be used as a shower.
The kitchen including pantry is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge combination and dishwasher, etc..
WLAN is available in all rooms of the house.

In the living room there is a flat screen TV with SAT access and a stereo system.

The house is heated in the cold season with a gas central heating.

Bed linen, towels, etc. are at your disposal. We will gladly take care of your shopping list so that the fridge is already filled when you arrive.

Our house has the following additional equipment, which is freely available for them: 4 sun loungers for the garden, 2 garden tables with chairs, 1 garden bench, hoover, iron, ironing board, coffee machine with tabs, crockery and cutlery, kettle, tea bags, tabs for dishwasher, rubbish bags, rubbish boxes, rubbish bin, hairdryer, piano (chestnut room).

We practice waste separation. In the house there are rubbish bins and rubbish boxes for glass, plastic and paper to collect the rubbish. In the garden there are residual waste, paper and organic waste bins for you to dispose of the collected rubbish. We will take care of the disposal of glass and plastic for you!
